ShortsAI (shortsai.app) is a free tool provided as is. The information on this website and the output the tool produces are offered in good faith, but we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, about their completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability for any purpose.
2. AI-generated output
Clips, captions, hook titles, scripts, thumbnails, titles and descriptions are produced by AI models (Google Gemini, faster-whisper, ElevenLabs, fal.ai and others). AI output can be wrong: transcripts can mishear words, moment selection can miss the point, scripts can state things that are not true about your product, and generated presenters are synthetic. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you post.
3. Third-party services
The tool sends parts of your content to third-party AI providers under API keys you supply, and publishes to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube through Upload-Post. Those services have their own terms, prices and availability. We do not control them and are not responsible for their charges, outages, policy changes or the way they handle data. Prices and free-tier limits mentioned on this site were correct on the date shown next to them and may have changed.
4. Platform rules and copyright
Nothing here is legal advice. Whether a given video may be clipped, re-uploaded, dubbed or monetised depends on who owns it and on each platform's rules, which change. Process only content you own or have permission to use, and label AI-generated content where a platform or a law requires it.
