Contact
TL;DR
Email [email protected]. We reply within a few working days. Include the page, what happened and a job ID for bugs; never send API keys.
Write to [email protected]. That address reaches the person who runs the site, and we answer within a few working days. There is no ticket system and no phone line; email is the only channel.
What to include
- A bug or a failed job: the page you were on, what you did, what happened, your browser, and the job ID if the app showed one. Do not send your API keys.
- A content or copyright complaint: the URL of the content, a description of the work you say it infringes, why you hold the rights, and how to reach you. See the Legal Notice for how takedowns are handled.
- A privacy request: what you are asking for (access, deletion, objection) and enough detail to find the data, bearing in mind the site holds no accounts. See the Privacy Policy.
- Advertising or partnership questions: a short description of what you have in mind.
